Grief asks a lot of us. It rearranges our days, our sleep, our breath. Over the years of supporting clients through Lantern Life Services as a grief coach and end-of-life doula, one truth has returned again and again: talking helps—but sometimes the body needs to be held to remember it’s safe to keep living.

That truth is why I’m introducing Sacred Embrace Studio, a new, trauma-informed, professional cuddling practice now integrated within Lantern Life Services. Sacred Embrace is a consent-centered touch modality designed to complement coaching and doula care—so your mind, body, and spirit receive aligned support through seasons of loss, transition, and tender becoming.
